Appearing Before Municipal Council

Anyone wishing to appear before Council to address issues they feel are important to the community must provide a written request including the following information:

• A brief outline of the subject to be addressed.
• The date of the meeting you wish to attend.

Any additional information that you may want to provide Council should be included with your request. You will be allowed a maximum of 15 minutes to make your presentation.

Your written request must be delivered to the Corporate Officer’s office by Friday at noon. The Corporate Officer will contact you to confirm the date and time of the meeting that you will be appearing before Council.

All meetings are held in Council Chambers located at 160 Connaught Street, Vanderhoof, British Columbia and being at 5:00 pm.
